Xili New Energy has more than 70 automatic injection molding machines, 9 automatic SMT production lines, 4 automatic PACK production lines and automated testing equipment, and has established an advanced energy storage MES system. Record, analyze and control all process data such as bar code, internal resistance, OCV, assembly, welding, CCS module welding, BMS, inverter, DC control board, product aging, ATE test, etc., to realize the life trace of product quality data.
With 33140, 26700 cylindrical, full-size square automation PACK lines, to meet the manufacturing process requirements for portable energy storage, home energy storage, industrial and commercial energy storage and power battery systems.
The cylindrical automatic PACK line adopts automatic loading, insulation patch, automatic cell code scanning, internal resistance and OCV automatic testing, and automatic assembly according to internal resistance and OCV to ensure the consistency and service life of the battery pack. The machine inserts the battery support and uses precision Miami-based resistance welding to continuously monitor the welding quality. The cylindrical automatic PACK line has an annual output of 500,000 cylindrical modules.
Full-size square automatic PACK wire, the automatic PACK of 20Ah to 320Ah cells, the wire body has automatic cell code scanning, cell internal resistance, OCV automatic test, according to the internal resistance, OCV automatic square cell assembly, using module automatic stacking extrusion, CCD polarity detection, aluminum laser welding, CCS module laser welding process. Full-size square automatic PACK line has an annual output of 400,000 energy storage modules.
Portable energy storage aging adopts the all-interface aging process to age AC, DC, Type-C interfaces, and automatically determine the aging results. ATE testing is used for products to realize comprehensive product testing and ensure product quality.
